IBL Housing

InBetween Living Rehabilitation (IBL) Center provides Housing in the form of 20 CO-ED beds. We provide homes for those who are 18 years or older in a highly structured environment with 24-hour therapeutic support. IBL Rehabilitation Center is a focused residential treatment center providing continuous stable treatments. Our highly specialized intensive residential program provides 24-hour care. We combine proven traditional therapy and real life-based treatment to build resilient, inspired, healthy, and empowered adults. 

**We do not accept individuals with murder or child sex offence charges.

All of our homes are smart house enabled. Smart Housing Features – Our homes are highly advanced, automated, and monitored. Our homes have remote lighting, temperature, multi-media, window, and door security features that are remotely operated. We also control air quality or other tasks of necessity to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.

  • Rent is $700 per person
  • Application fee is $50 per person
  • Deposit is $350
  • Application, Deposit, and first months rent are due before move-in.
  • Early Lease Termination Fee ­ If the client notifies IBL in writing a month before move-out, the lease termination fee will be $350.00 + any damages. Any notices less than 30 days out will be subject to a $650.00 + any damages early lease termination fee.
  • Rent is only accepted online using our secure portal or at the following service center locations:
    • HEB
    • Walmart
    • & Service Centers Located within the application
  • Move-In ­ 3pm. Early move-ins must be  approved
  • Move-Out ­ 12pm no later unless ­ approved by the housing director
  • No Pets are allowed

The following are forms that you will be asked to fill out during our intake process. You must first fill out our application

Lease Agreement ­ This agreement is about their lease terms.

Privacy Act agreement ­ This agreement should contain an understanding between the client and IBL that changes we make and how we run and operate are between them and us. And that they understand false information or personal is not acceptable to spread.

Damages Agreement ­ Let’s clients know we have a damage rate that equals to no less than 2x’s the rent, if damages occur, including smoking and pets.

SSI, WORK, School Agreement ­ An agreement where clients will notify us of changes to their benefits, employment, and enrollments. The need to show up-to-date proof is for the client’s protection as well as ours.

Emergency Contact Form ­ Lists individuals whom IBL can contact in case of medical emergencies or personal issues.

Emergency Dial agreement ­ Individuals must agree that 911 or emergency calls will only be done in extreme emergency cases. Excess emergency calls that are non-emergency related can result in clients being released from IBL.

Waitlist Agreement ­ Future clients understand we do have a waiting list and how it works.

Mail Agreement ­ Clients are not permitted to get mail from the home’s mailbox. Mail will be placed on the client’s door by staff only.

Rules & Policies Agreement ­ Will be provided upon move-in.

Random Drug Test Agreement – Clients are subject to random drug testing.

Background Check Agreement ­ Clients will have background checks to ensure that they have not been convicted of any sexual misconduct of a minor.  

Food Stamp Agreement Form­ We follow government protocol, and clients who receive food stamps will not have meals provided for them. Unless they choose to purchase premade food with their food stamps from IBL.
